Darcie Goodman is a nationally respected healthcare executive and strategist with deep clinical and operational roots. A former emergency room nurse with both urban and rural health experience, turned population health leader, Darcie brings nearly two decades of national experience across managed care, clinical integration, digital innovation, and executive leadership.  transforming care delivery. 

Darcie founded Slingshot Healthcare Consulting with a mission to help organizations deliver impactful care without compromising on quality, clinician well-being, or patient experience. Frustrated by the disconnect she often saw between strategy and execution, Darcie envisioned a lean, embedded consultancy model—one that partners closely with clients and drives sustainable change. 

Today, she leads Slingshot Healthcare with that same hands-on, clinically grounded mindset accelerating impact by aligning operations, optimizing reimbursement, and implementing efficient, sustainable, and proven solutions.
